Each piece we create is designed with precision, purpose, and lasting quality.
If, however, your order doesn’t fully meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will guide you through the process personally.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request and send your return.
Please ensure the parcel is shipped back within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your model or color, you can return your cap for a refund or opt for a NUZUN Gift Card with an added bonus.

Receive your refund faster and with +15% extra value.
Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive your digital gift card within 2–3 business days, valid for 12 months.

Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please allow up to 7–10 business days after your return has been processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cap arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately at info@nuzunworld.com with photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case and provide the best solution — replacement or full refund.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, depending on your location and chosen courier.
Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return is confirmed.
We cannot process refunds for parcels without valid tracking.

Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.
